To visit Andalusia in your own time, we reserve your flight, your vehicle and your hotels
(breakfast included) and a suggested route.
Day One - Your country to Costa del Sol
Flight to Malaga. On arrival collect your vehicle at the airport, with full documentation, and
spend the night on the Costa del Sol.
Day Two - Costa del Sol to Granada
"The route suggested: coast road to Malaga, passing Torox Axarquia, Frigiliana then Nerja. See its
viewing point El Balcon de Europa. Continue towards Almunecar, Salobrena, old Moorish village
and then Granada where you spend the night.
Day Three - Granada
Suggested visits in Granada include Alhambra, the Gardens of Generalife, the Cathedral of Sacromonte.
If you wish to visit the Alhambra we suggest booking your tickets through your travel
agency or internet as number of visitors is limited. In Calle Navas you will find
many restaurants and bars with tapas. Once again spend the night in Granada.
Day Four - Granada to Cordoba
The route suggested will take you on the road towards the white village of
Jaen, then to Cordoba, with its mosque, its "Juderia" (Jewish quarter) and its
synagogue. Enjoy the evening strolling in its narrow lanes and the view on the
other side of the Guadalquivir, while crossing the Roman bridge at sunset. The
night will be spent in Cordoba.
(N.B. If there is a lack of availability of hotels in Cordoba we will arrange the
night in Granada. Continuing your journey the following morning, on Day Five,
going to Cordoba and Seville.)
Day Five - Cordoba to Seville
Suggested route: departure for Ecija with the many towers and bell-towers, Carmona
and it rich renaissance residences and then on to Seville where you will
spend the night.
Day 6 - Seville
Suggested visits include the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Maria Luisa park and
the district to Santa Cruz where there are many amateur "tablaos" for flamenco evenings.
Once again spending the night in Seville.
Day 7 - Seville to Ronda and Costa del Sol
Suggested route via the white villages of Arcos de Frontera and then Ronda. Split in two by
the impressive gorge the "Tajo", Ronda is the cradle of bullfighting. Do not miss its arena - the
oldest in Spain. You will then continue towards the Costa del Sol where you will spend the
night.
Day 8 - Costa del Sol to Your country
Handing over the vehicle at Malaga airport you will then catch the flight back to your country.
